1.1 How do I return an item?

Click view on the order you would like to refund.

Click return items and then fill out the form, including what items from the order you would like to return.

Ship the item back to us! You're responsible for return shipping cost, we will refund the order when we receive the item.

 

1.2 How do I track my order?

When you complete your order you'll receive an email with your tracking number. All of our shipping goes through the United States Postal Service.

1.3 I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address, what can we do?
